MOSCOW, Nov 9 (PRIME) -- Baikalinvestbank, Russia’s 192 by assets as of October 1, has started a merger with Bank Realist, 311th largest, the central bank said in a report on Friday.
Baikalinvestbank was registered in 1990 in the city of Irkutsk, its largest shareholder is company Burokrat with an about 28% interest. Bank Realist is Moscow-based, Burokrat is its sole owner.
